Why Hate Ginny Weasley?

Ginny Weasley is possibly the most under-developed charater in the entire Harry Potter series, and yet so much "importance" is put on her. J.K. Rowling tried so hard to get the readers to like her, so much so that she actually made Ginny a 'Mary-Sue' character. Ginny was written to be pretty, vivacious, sporty, etc. and everything else under the sun. In other words, J.K. Rowling tried to make her perfect, but what she clearly didn't know is that she had already written flaws for her. Ginny had started off as just a rabbid fangirl for Harry (that's all she will always be), and she had little to no intelligence (i.e. - no wit, no common sense, etc.). Ginny is also considered by many to be slutty because of how easily she discards and teases boys, all before her 16th birthday. All in all, she's a pointless character that J.K. Rowling tried to push on the readers. Ginny Weasley is utterly useless.
